  I am a homeowner near one of Roberts rentals.
  In this case, Roberts have rented house to bunch of knuckledragging, druggie looking, ferals.
  They dont work, live in the dark, come out at midnight to socialize, and play hip hop at the highest rate of sound, with the bass blaring and banging in my ears, day and night.-
  And im nearly a block away.
  The problem is in the area everone is elderly, and have a magnitude of serious health ailments.
  They all have lived in harmony for many many years.
  I feel sorry for elderly couple living next door, the noise must be unbearable.
  I have contacted police about noise, and not sure they even turned up.
  But ,when i was passing by lately, i saw a Roberts car, and woman doing a house check.
  So decided to phone the company, only to find that my complaint was dismissed by receptionist, as not their problem.
  She was disinterested and referred me to police for complaints.
  Dont Roberts have any responsibility, for the people they allow to rent properties?
  You put unsuitable tenants in a property, allow them to make their own rules, and forget that other people have to suffer from this decision, and no one wants to take responsibility.
  These elderly people do not want unpleasant confrontations with these undesireable ferals. Who knows what would happen.
  Lets me ask Roberts, how would they like this situation for their parents or loved ones.???
  Do the right thing.

  We used Roberts to purchase an investment property which was ok and then we used them to manage the rental side of it which was not. The staff turnover there is massive, one day we speak to our property manager and the next week it's someone new then a month later someone else. Each time the have the same text book answers but don't really know what is going on. They will happily say everything is fine when it is not then get hit wit a bill for repairs that should have been fixed months prior. They didn't attempt to stop us from leaving. Clearly they don't like people. Only money.
