- Monster Added July 08, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very bad experience, I have evidence to prove the address, I have a card from the post office asking me to pick up the letter, but the staff said you can steal form someone mail box, omg.....
I have madicare a proof of address, cos my driver license has not changed, the staff not allow me pick up, I also provides purchase records and order numbers. This is the first time I had encountered such a thing.

- Debbie Hancock Added July 01, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆So upset by this place. I had a parcel meant to be delivered, waited two wks with no parcel. Yet other parcels from the same seller and others arriving no problems. Spoke to Debbie there and put in a query . get a pH call the next day to say the delivery driver had put the parcel in the letter box. I told her "I'm sorry I Dont believe that the driver did that as every other parcel has arrived bar my $45 one. " with that she slammed the pH in my ear. Totally shattered and shocked at the rudeness. Have the same problems in store. There's a male staff member that is straight out rude every time I go in there. Only go in there when totally necessary as hate going in there so much.
