- Katie French Added May 22, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Phoned up for emergency treatment, due to agonising headache and neck painwith tooth ache, told they would speak to Dentist and call me back. Waited all day to no avail! Dreadful Dentist if that is how they treat Emergency Patients god help anyone else!!! Definately not a very good dental clinic! Stay away!!!

They we're fully aware of my circumstances but chose to treat me like a second class citizen. And dictated ethical grounds as to why I was left in more pain and were not prepared to help. Something needs to change I treat animals better than the way I have been treated. Left in pain very inhumane and not an once of compassion on their behalf. I don't normally speak out but on this occasion I feel compelled to do so for the first time the only ethical thing to do. Didn't want to here from the patient. Just sent two movie tickets to me and apologised
